We ask you to forgive us for the dogmatism of brevity we use in explaining our fees and services, which, at some point, might sound snobbish. This is not our intention. We are both in a hurry.
We can take a maximum of one client per month. There are months we can’t accept new business. This is by design. When we started in digital real estate marketing in 2007, we decided to focus on our own projects – painstakingly building and monetizing our own websites. It was not an easy decision, in choosing to gamble on the long term we barely kept the lights on.
But it turned out to be a good bet. But twenty-four hours is hardly enough time to do, what a friend of mine once said, “one hundred tweaks to building a remarkable site”. And we have more than a handful that we’re constantly working on.

In our experience it would be a much productive union if we work with a company who sees digital marketing as a core foundation of their business. Not as an added expense.

Prices start at $300 per month.
What it is: If you want to build your own site on a premium real estate domain name. We provide the land, you put up the building. With option to buy after one year — and I recommend this strongly. All lease payments will be deducted from final purchase price. Both parties will agree on a final price before deal is completed.
The Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied within the first two months of this service. You get your money back.

What it is: We build a custom site for you on a premium domain name we own. It will be built on a easy to use CMS (WordPress). You will have complete ownership of the site. This option is for those who want to have a “ready to get leads” site. Someone who wants to start on the right path or to start over. Important note: traffic acquisition is your sole responsibility. But we try our damnedest to put you in a position to get them.

What it is: For established online real estate brands. If you are already satisfied with your digital marketing but want to widen your reach — expand to new markets, add traffic, get new ideas and plan strategies for your in-house marketing team.
I also travel to personally mentor and train real estate brokers and marketing teams for $2,500 per day, minimum of two days.
